 Services include:

• 24 Hours LPNurse supervision
• medication monitoring and administration assistance
• special diets available: Diabetes/low salt/low fat/low cholesterol/high protein
• home cooked nutritional meals. Resident's choice matters in our cook book
• assistance with bathing, dressing
• assistance with all personal care including hair/skin/oral care, shaving, pericare and constant skin assessments
• assistance with eating, cueing, cutting foods and hand feeding as needed
• assistance with walking, transfers, 1-2 person transfer available or Hoyer lift
• housekeeping and personal laundry services
• scheduling and reminders of medical appointments if needed - transportation available
• stimulating activities, walks, exercises including active and passive range of motion as tolerated
• incontinence care
• colostomy care
• ileostomy care
• sub/suprapubic catheter
