Lake Heighs Aging AFH is licenced by the State Of Washington and is owned and operated by Gabriela and Christian.

Gabriela and Christian have 14 years experience in working with seniors in the community. Gabriela is a Registered Nurse RN AAS and has the following  certifications from the State of Washington - Aging & Adult Services Administration: "The Fundamentals Of Caregiving", "Dementia Caregiving Specialty Training", "Mental Health Specialty Training", "Developmental Disability Specialty Training", Food Handling, AIDS training, CPR/First Aid card. Along with all staff she completes a minimum of ten hours of Continuing Education credentials per calendar year.

Gabriela completed  the "Residential Care Administrator Program" aproved by the State Of Washington. Planning social and reacreational activities are also areas covered by the program and are implemented in managing the entire business.  She was awarded a Merit Gram by Providence Homecare Services/ Private Duty Division for her commitment to carring for the senior population of Washington State, and The Excellence In Attitude Award by Renton Technical College where she graduated from the Nursing Program.

Our phylosophy at Lake Heights Aging AFH is to create pleasant days for our residents by finding ways to involve them in activities they enjoy and can be successful at, in our safe protected environment.

The purpose of each staff memeber of Lake Heights Aging AFH shall be to provide excellent care for our residents and to promote and enhance the nursing and caregiving practice.
